IST 21:30• Barcelona after Martinez

Spanish radio, Radio La Red have reported about LaLiga winners Barcelona to be bidding a whooping £100 million for Internazionale forward Lautaro Martinez. Martinez who is teammate of Lionel Messi for national team could be on his way out of the club if Italian club is able to land Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku who is on priority list of newly appointed Inter manager Antonio Conte.

As per ESPN English midfielder Jese Lingard is set to sign a new contract with his current club Manchester United. Even though no formal talks have begun with the player but a new long term deal is believed to be on the cards for Lingard.

IST 20:20 • Juventus won’t sell Cancelo at cheap price

Gazzetta dello Sport have claimed that Juventus won’t be accepting any low price bid for their full-back Joao Cancelo. The Portuguese international who is target of Premier League champions Manchester City, is valued at €60 million and Serie A champions aren’t expected to sell him below the mentioned figure. Though it would be equally interesting to see whether Juve would actually sell the player, for they have recently sold Leonardo Spinazzola to AS Roma.

Bundesliga club FC Schalke 04 have announced signing of Turkish footballer Ozan Kabak. 19-year-old Kabak who plays as a centre-back, featured for 2. Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart last season and started 15 times. Speaking of player’s decision to join the club, sporting director of Schalke was quoted saying: “Ozan Kabak has opted to join us despite interest from several other noteworthy clubs.”

IST 19:15 • De Ligt to be signed in coming hours

As reported by Tuttosport, dutch sensation Matthijs de Ligt will be officially revealed by Juventus as their player within next 48 hours. The Ajax captain who has been linked with numerous clubs like Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona this summer, hasn’t shied away from his admiration of Bianconeri star striker Cristiano Ronaldo whom he mentions as his childhood idol, and it has been tipped that the Dutch international is likely to join Juventus ahead of the next season to play in the same team as his idol is.
